These End User License Agreement (“EULA”) constitute a legal agreement between MyIOSApp (“Company”, “we” or “us”) and the user of our mobile applications (respectively, “User”, “you” and “App”). These EULA governs your usage of the Apps and the Services offered therein (as defined below).
By downloading or using any app developed by us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using any of our apps.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app or any part of it. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright, and database rights, remain the property of us. We are committed to providing a functional and efficient experience through our apps. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Additionally, we may update our services or introduce new functionalities that may require payments. Any such updates or charges will be made clear to you beforehand.
When using our apps, we may collect and store personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains secure. We recommend avoiding any attempts to jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may expose it to security risks and may impair the performance of our apps.
Our apps may include links or integrations with third-party services, such as Google Play Services, AdMob, and Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from their use.

Internet Connectivity and Service Interruptions
Some app features require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We are not responsible for any lack of functionality due to poor or absent connectivity. If you are charged for data usage or any roaming charges by your mobile network provider, this is your responsibility. Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by the way you use the app. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device has enough battery power to use the app.
Our apps may require updates to continue functioning correctly. We reserve the right to make necessary updates and changes at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have installed these updates to avoid any disruptions in service.
While we strive to ensure that the information and features provided in our apps are accurate and up-to-date, we are not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the app, including reliance on its functionality. The app is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties or guarantees regarding its performance.
We may terminate your access to the app at any time without notice. Upon termination, any rights or licenses granted to you will cease immediately, and you must delete the app from your device.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms here. These terms are effective as of 2025-04-15.
